摘 要:目的 :将SHR大鼠的肾脏切除 5/6建立慢性自发性高血压肾功能不全模型 ,探讨不同运动负荷训练对肾功能的影响。方法 :将SHR大鼠在 8周龄时摘除右肾 2 /3 ,9周龄时行左肾全摘除 ,制备慢性肾功能不全模型。实验(1 ) :将实验动物随机分为非运动组和轻度运动组。运动组进行跑台训练 ,速度 2 0m/mim ,坡度 0° ,时间 30min/d ,5d/w。实验 (2 ) :实验动物随机分为非运动组、中等度和大强度运动负荷组。其中中等度运动负荷组速度 2 0m/mim ,大强度运动负荷组速度 35m/mim ,均坡度 0°,时间 60min/d ,5d/w。研究 4周不同程度运动负荷跑台运动对肾功能的影响。结果 :慢性跑台运动明显抑制尿蛋白排泄量的增加和血清总胆固醇水平 ,且随运动强度的增加而增强。中等度运动负荷的跑台运动明显降低了肾小球硬化指数。结论 :慢性运动不仅没有使慢性高血压肾功能不全模型的肾功能恶化 。Objective: The renal effects of chronic different exercise in the remnant kidney model of chronic renal failure.Method: Eight-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were subjected to 5/6 nephrectomy by removal of the left kidney and infarction of two thirds of the right kidney. Two series of experiments were performed. The renal effects of chronic mild treadmill exercise in 5/6 nephrectomized SHR were investigated. The SHR were divided into 2 groups: A non exercising group (Non-Ex) and a group conducting mild treadmill running at 20m/mim 0° grade for 30 min (Mild-Ex) 5 times/week for 4 weeks. Secondly, the effects of moderate or severe treadmill exercise in the rats were investigated. The SHR were divided into 3 groups: a non-exercising group (Non-Ex), a group conducting moderate treadmill running at 20m/min 0° grade for 60 min (Moderate-Ex) and, a group conducting speedy treadmill running at 35m/min 0° grade for 60 min (Severe-Ex) 5 times/week for 4 weeks.Result: Chronic treadmill exercise significantly attenuated the increase in proteinuria and serum total cholesterol levels intensity-dependently. Moderate-Ex provided significantly effective protection against an increase in focal glomerular sclerosis.Conclusion: Exercise do not worsen renal function, on the contrast, suggests a renal-protective action in this rat model.
