摘 要:用硅烷偶联剂WD 70改性纳米TiO2粒子,应用超声技术将纳米TiO2粒子分散在异丙醇介质中,然后进行苯乙烯的分散聚合包覆,成功地制备了以聚苯乙烯为壳、纳米TiO2粒子为核的有机/无机复合粒子.观察复合粒子的形貌发现纳米TiO2粒子完全包覆在聚苯乙烯微球中.通过红外、X射线光电子能谱等表征手段,还发现聚苯乙烯链是通过偶联剂WD 70以化学键的方式与纳米TiO2粒子相连.The organic-inorganic composite particles which consist of an inorganic core surrounded by a polymer shell were successfully preparated by dispersion polymerization of styrene. The nanometer titanium dioxide particles were modified with coupling agent WD-70 and dispersed in the medium applying the ultra-sonic technique and then encapsulated by dispersion polymerization of styrene. The inorganic particles were entirely contained in the polystyrene micro-spheres as evidenced by TEM. It is shown that some polystyrene(PS) chains are chemically bonded to the nanometer titanium dioxide particles through the coupling agent WD-70 as evidenced by FTIR,XPS.
