摘  要:通过干/湿态分离法制备了壳聚糖 明胶不对称膜,研究了制备过程中壳聚糖与明胶的比例及预烘时间对膜结构与性能的影响,用盐酸环丙沙星作为模型药物进行膜后载药,探讨了载药膜对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌性能.实验结果表明:制得的膜具有致密的表层结构和海绵状多孔的内层结构.随着不对称膜中明胶含量增大,表层更加致密,内层孔增多,吸水率增加,载药量增加,药物缓释效果显著;随着预烘时间增加,表层更加致密,吸水率减小,载药量减小,药物缓释效果差.An asymmetric chitosan gelatin membrane has been developed by a dry/wet phase separation method. The influences of the ratio of chitosan to gelatin and pre-heated time on structure and properties of the membranes have been studied. The drug loading membranes were prepared by dispersing membranes in the ciprofloxacin hydrochloride solution. Their antibacterial properties against St.aureus were determined. The results show that the asymmetric chitosan-gelatin membranes consist of a dense skin and sponge-like porous layer. The water absorb ability, drug loading amount and drug controlling release efficiency of membranes are increased as the content of gelatin increasing and the pre-heating time decreasing.
