摘 要:用混合株系接种法测定了 14 3份大豆品种 (系 )对SC - 1~SC - 8混合株系群的抗性反应。结果表明 :在SMV新株系群分化条件下 ,原来表现较好抗病性的大豆品种很多都已不表现抗性 ,而新近育出的大豆品系却表现较好的抗性。对初步筛选出的 32份抗性材料进行流行弱株系群SC -1和强株系群SC - 8的专化抗性接种试验 ,进一步筛选出 2 1份高抗材料 ,其中包括科丰 1号、山东72 2 2等。Total 143 soybean cultivars (lines) were inoculated with a mixture of SMV SC-1~SC-8 strain groups. The results showed that most of the soybean cultivars previously identified as resistant to SMV strain groups in the field were susceptible while some new breeding lines were highly resistant. Thirty-two accessions with resistance to the mixture of SC-1~SC-8 were screened out, and their race-specific resistance to the mostly prevailing strain group SC-1 and virulent strain group SC-8 were studied further. Twenty-one accessions highly resistant to the SMV strain group(s) were identified. Among them the cultivars 'Kefeng No.1', 'Dabaima','Shandong 7222', 'Pixianchadou', 'Fuyang 250', 'Qihuang No.1', 'Qihuang No.22',and 'PI96983' were elite ones, with resistance to both mixture inoculum of eight strains and single inocula of SC-1 and SC-8.
