摘  要:利用与抗大豆胞囊线虫病主效基因rhg1紧密连锁的SSR标记Satt30 9分析 6 34份中国大豆种质 ,以 2 1份美国种质为对照 ,目的是明确我国抗大豆胞囊线虫病种质资源的特点 ,为大豆抗胞囊线虫病种质资源鉴定及抗线育种提供依据。 14 9份免疫或高抗种质和 4 95份感病种质共鉴定出 6个等位变异 ,其中介于 134bp和 14 9bp之间的Satt30 9- 5为新等位变异 ,具有该等位变异的陕西三股条黑豆和山西忻县小黑豆分别免疫和中抗 1号生理小种。对不同等位变异、不同抗性等级和抗不同生理小种种质的分析表明 :92 .13%的感病种质具有 12 5bp、131bp或 14 9bp等位变异 ,抗病种质在各等位变异都有分布 ,但以 12 8bp和 134bp为主 ,在具有这两个等位变异的种质中 ,有 72 .4 6 %表现为抗病 ,且 77.2 7%的免疫种质、87.6 9%的双抗种质和 10 0 %的三抗种质都具有这两个等位变异。16份具有 12 8bp等位变异的种质中有 14份来自山西省 ,另有 2份是黑龙江省和河北省的育成品种 ,推测山西省可能是Satt30 9位点 12 8bp等位变异种质的起源地。本研究结果可为大豆抗胞囊线虫病育种的抗源选择提供一定的参考依据。149 immune or high resistant accessions, 495 susceptible accessions and 21 accessions from U.S.A were analyzed using SSR marker Satt309 which was closely linked to rhg1, the most important gene resistant to SCN. A total of 6 alleles were identified and the allele 5th between 134bp and 149bp was new, the two accessions with allele 5th were immune and medium resistant to Race1 separately. The results indicated that 92.13% susceptible accessions had one of 125bp, 134bp and 149bp alleles; while resistant accessions distributed at each allele, but most immune or multi-resistant accessions were identified with 128bp or 134bp allele. 14 of 16 accessions with 128bp allele came from Shanxi Province, which suggested that Shanxi Province maybe was the original of accessions with 128bp allele. Results of the paper can be references for the identification of resistant germplasm and breeding resistant to SCN.
