摘　　要：目的:为探讨经络穴位与血管的关系,观测了大鼠下肢骨间膜上血管分布的特点。方珐:以大鼠为标本(n=20),采 用左心室墨汁灌注大鼠及骨间膜撕片。结果:腓骨侧骨间膜上某些区域的血管密度显著大于胫骨侧,呈非均匀分布。结论: 骨间膜上血管密疏可能与经络穴位多少有关。Objective: To observe the vessel distribution of rats interosseous membrane so as to investigate the relation between acupuncture points and vessels. Methods; Twenty Sprague-Dawley rats were used to perfuse their left-ventricles and shearing muscle of interosseal membrane with Chinese ink in the experiment. Results : The density of the vessels in some areas was significantly higher than that of the other areas in interosseous membrane of rats. Conclusion: The vessel density in interosseous membrane may be associated with the numlers of acupuncture points.
