含左旋氧氟沙星方案治疗煤工尘肺结核50例分析

摘　　要：目的　观察含左旋氧氟沙星方案治疗煤工尘肺结核复治病例的疗效。方法　采用 3 HRZEV/ 9HREV治疗煤工尘肺结核 50例复治病例 ,观察 3个月疗程的痰菌阴转率 ;疗程结束后痰菌阴转率和 X线胸片好转率 ,并与应用 3 SHRZ/9HRE方案治疗的 72例复治病例作疗效对比。结果　治疗 3个月 ,两组病例痰菌阴转率无差异 (P>0 .0 5) ;治疗结束后 ,痰菌阴转率、X线胸片好转率均有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;但对于毁损肺患者疗效两组均差 (P>0 .0 5)。讨论　含左旋氧氟沙星方案(3 HRZEV/ 9HREV)对于毁损肺以外的各个类型的煤工尘肺结核疗效较满意 。Objective To explore the the ra peutic effect of levofloxacin(the treatment scheme of 3HRZEV/9HREV)for the coal worker's pneumoconiosis tuberculosis retreatment.Metho ds Compare the therapeutic effect and the anti tuberculosis tr ealment in the case in which 503HRZEV/9HREV were applied on these patients who have coal worker's pneumoconiosis tuberculosis with that of the 72 3SHRZ/9HR E by observing the sputum tubercle bacillus negative convertion rate of both 3 mo nths and after the course of treament,the redution rate of chest X ray aft er the course of tremrnent.Result After 3 month s treament,both of these 2 groups were not different in the sputum tubercle baci llus negative convertion rate on all kinds of the coal worker's pneumoconiosis tuberculosis(p>0.05),but there were obviously different in the sputum tubercle bacillus negative convertion rate and the redution rate of chest X ray after the course of treatment(p<0.01).However,for the desforied pneumoconiosis tuberc ul osis there was little different(p>0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of the 3HRZEV/9HREV is appropriate to apply on the r etreament of all kinds of the coal worker's pneumoconiosis tuberculosis case ap a rt from the destoried pneumoconiosis tuberculosis.Its therapeutic effect was q uite satisfactory,so it is worth being used widely.
