摘　　要：随着我国涉外经济的不断发展,商业银行间外币清算业务呈逐步扩大的态势,对于建立全国统一的外币业务平台的要求也日益迫切。为此,本文从构架、硬件、法规和风险防范等方面就构建全国统一的外币清算体系提出基本设想。As China's foreign economy grows, the gradual expansion of foraign-exchange(FX)clearing business among commercial banks is increasing demand for a nationally integrated foreign-exchange platform. This paper offers tentative considerations for establishing a nationally-integrated system for FX clearance regarding aspects of system framework, system hardware, riskavoidance, as well as related law and regulations.
