摘  要:目的 建立复方甘草片的毛细管电泳指纹图谱。方法 以50 mmol·L-1硼砂溶液(含10%甲醇,v/v)提取样品,用毛细管区带电泳法,紫外检测波长228 nm,电压14 kV,以50mmol·L-1硼砂溶液为背景电解质,氢氯噻嗪为参照物(s),对6个厂家各10批以上复方甘草片进行指纹图谱研究。以20个峰的迁移时间、峰面积、相对迁移时间和相对峰面积分别构成表征样品性质的4个向量,以不同批指纹向量与标准对照指纹向量间的相关系数和夹角余弦为测度评价指纹的相似性,并以所建立的CE指纹图谱检验另外1个厂家样品为合格。结果 所建立的CE指纹图谱具有稳定、重现的特点。结论 该指纹图谱可控制复方甘草片的质量。OBJECTIVE To develop the fingerprints of compound liquorice tablets (CLTs) by capillary eletro-phoresisto (CE). METHODS We used 50 mmol · L-1 sodium borate solution containing 10% methanol (v/v) as the extracted solvents, and CE was utilized to determine the fingerprints of CLTs, with the detection wavelength of 228 nm, and voltage of 14 kV. The 50 mmol · L-1 borax solution was used as background electrolyte (BGE) and hydro-chlorothiazide served as the reference standard. More than 10 batches of CLTs manufactured in the 6 factories were measured. The migration time, relative migration time, the areas and relative areas of the 20 peaks in different elec-tropherograms of all CLTs composed the 4 vectors that could represent the characteristics of the fingerprints. The correlation coefficient and cosθ between every batch vector and the total standard model vector were used to define the similarity. The closer the value to 1, the higher the similarity. RESULTS Both the reproducibility and the stability were good. CONCLUSIONS The method can control the quality of compound liquorice tablets.
