摘　　要：目的制备粉防己碱凝胶剂.建立质量控制方法。方法 用卡波姆940为凝胶基质制备粉防已碱凝胶剂,采用二阶导数紫外分光光度法.以287 mm波长处半振幅(H)测定制剂中粉防己碱的含量。结果 粉防己碱在10-50 μg·mL范围内,浓度与287 mm波长处半振幅(II)值呈良好线形关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率为99.81％,RSD为0.50％(n=6)。结论 该制剂制备工艺简单.质量可控。OBJECTIVE To prepare tetrandrine gel and to control its quality. METHODS The tetrandrine gel was prepared with Carbopol 910 as base material. Second derivative half amplitude (H) of tetrandrine at 287 nm was calculated for the assay. RESULTS There was a good linear relation between the tetrandnne concentration and H value within the range of 10 - 50 μg ·mL -1. The average recovery was 99. 81% , and RSD was 0. 50% (n=6). CONCLUSIONS The preparation process is simple and the quality can be controlled.
