摘　　要：体育经纪人是在体育经济活动中从事中介服务并获取合法酬金的一族。阐述了他们应是高度复合的、多学科知识结构的、知能并举的“Π”型人才的必要性和重要性。Sports agents are those who are going in for int ermediary activity to obtain legal payment.They develop their business fairly, l egally,realistically and independently;they accept entrusting,obtain payment a nd subject themselves to supervision by economic administrative office.A better agent is expected to possess knowledge structure compounded highly by multiple b ranch of learning, and be a'Π'type of talent with intelligence and ability.
