摘  要:高校教师考核工作是教师职务聘任和规范化管理工作的重要组成部分。完善高校教师考核工作,必须从存在的问题入手,按照教师职务聘任制的要求,把握考核工作的基本原则,改革传统考核办法,科学构建考核指标体系,将考核与聘期任务和岗位职责相结合,规范考核程序,实行绩效管理。Assessment for the teaching faculty is an important component of the employment of teachers and the normalization of management. The perfection of the assessment system should begin with current problems that lie in the system itself. The perfection should be based upon the Teacher Employment System and adhere to fundamental principles of assessment. Meanwhile, traditional assessment methods should be reformed and a scientific system of assessment index should be established. Moreover, the assessment, with a normalized process, should be combined with teachers' duties and tasks, and the achievement management should be carried out.
