超声断层扫描对犬和猪妊娠的实验观察

摘　　要：用超声断层扫描诊断犬、猪的早期妊娠,犬最早可在配种后22d探到胚囊,猪可在配种后20d探到胚囊。早期妊娠诊断的准确率:犬在配种后21～25d可达86%,猪配种后22～28d可达99 2%。可监测妊娠期间胚胎的发育情况,籍以指导动物繁殖。该方法安全,可靠,便捷。The early pregnancy of pigs and dogs were diagnosed with the method of ultrasonographyThe gastrulas of dogs can be detected at least 22days after breeding and the gastrulas of pigs can be detected at least 20 days after breedingThe percent of accuracy of the early pregnancy diagnosis can reach 86% for dogs from 21 days to 25 days after breeding and can reach 99.2% for dogs from 22days to 28days after breedingThe ultrasonic scaning can monitor the development of embryo,and instruct animal breedingThis method is safe,reliable and convenient
