摘　　要：目的　探讨Decorin抑制结膜下瘢痕形成的作用机制并为临床应用提供理论依据。方法　采用Reichel结膜瘢痕模型 ,Schiotz氏眼压计测量眼压变化 ,应用天狼星玫瑰红 -偏振光法检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的含量。结果　Decorin可使滤过泡形态良好 ,维持较长时间低眼压 ,使滤过泡Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的含量减少。ObjectiveTo elucidate the inhibitory action of Decorin on subconjunctiva sca rring,and provide theory bases for clinical results.MethodsReichel's model of conjunctival scarring was used.Thirty-six rabbits(72 eyes) were divided into Decorin group(n=24),PBS group(n=24) and normal control(n=24).Schitz ophthalmotonometer was used to measure intraocular pressure(IOP).Sirius Rose BB staining was performed to identifyⅠor Ⅲ type collagen at different time poi nts.ResultsDecorin effectively inhibited conjunctival scarring and kept lowe r IOP.Expression ofⅠor Ⅲ type collagen were significantly decreased in Decorin group.ConclusionAs a neutralizing agent,Decorin could reduce subconjunctiva l scarring after filtration surgery.
