摘  要:通过对泵站效率的分析,以抽水装置效率最高为目标函数,并考虑电机、水泵性能和流量要求等多种约束,建立了确定可调式抽水装置运行最佳试验叶片安放角和最佳任意叶片安放角的两个数学模型。提出对任意角的调节问题,并采用三次样条函数拟合离散点求极值的方法将其解决,这对于进一步提高大型叶片全调节轴流泵或混流泵泵站的节能效果有一定的理论与实际意义。本文方法克服了图解法的不便和局限性,将其应用于江都四站,所得抽水装置效率比用图解法约提高0.51%~1.25%。By means of the analysis of pumping station, two mathematic models for determining the optimal experimental blade angle and the optimal non-experimental blade angle of pumping unit with blades adjustable were established, in which the maximum efficiency of pumping unit is taken as an objective function and the high efficiency areas of electric motor and pump, discharge requirement, etc, as constrains. The problem of non-experimental blade angle adjusting was presented and solved by evaluation of maximal value with the aid of cubic spline function to fit discrete points. The adoption of the mathematic models as above will eliminate the inconvenience and limitation of graphical solution. The mathematic model for determining optimal non-experimental blade angle has definite theoretic and practical significance for further raise of energy-saving effect in pumping station of large scale axial flow pump or mixed flow pump with blades adjustable in operation. The mathematic model for determining optimal non-ex perimental blade angle was applied in Jiangdu forth puming station and the efficiency of pumping unit in the optimal non-experimental blade angle gained by the model is about 0.51%~1.25% higher than that by graphical solution.
