氯化铵、光照强度、温度和pH对小麦叶绿体光化学活性的影响

摘  要:用氧电极测定小麦叶绿体光化学活性的结果表明:不加氯化铵时在较低的光强下,叶绿体的光化学活性即达饱和;加氯化铵后,很高的光强仍未见其饱和现象。碱性条件和温度预处理使PSⅡ活性降低,PSⅠ活性增强。液氮下叶绿体77K荧光发射也得到相似的结果。本文还阐述了质子梯度和电子传递速率的关系;PSⅠ活性上升是放氧系统受到破坏。产生光能溢满现象的结果。This paper studied the photochemical activities of chloroplasts in wheat [Triticum, aesticumL] by using Clark electrod. The results showed: in lower light intensity, eliminated NH_4^+, the activities of chloroplasts had got to a saturated state; added NH_4^+, we did not observe it's saturation, although the light intensity had been high. Under the alkaline condition or high temperature pretreated, the PSⅡ activity dccrcascd while the PSⅠ increased. We also got the same result on the spectra of flurorcscence emitcd at 77K. We had also diseused the rates of electronic transfer at varied proton gradient and put forwards to, why the PSⅠ activity had been raised, a good explination in that it was the oxygen evolution system had been destroyed that caused the energy to spill-over from LHCP_ to LHCP_ .
