摘 要:研究表明;棉疫病菌在寄主病组织内、土壤中和培养基上均可产生大量卵孢子,厚垣孢子产生较少;病菌主要以卵孢子形态在土壤中越冬;棉花蕾期病菌可在土壤中营腐生生活;病菌从伤口或寄主表面直接侵入寄主,游动孢子是造成侵染的主要形态。初步认为棉疫病的病害循环为病菌以卵孢子或随病组织残体在土壤中越冬,翌年春季侵染棉苗引起病害;棉花进入蕾期,病菌随病组织或单独在土壤中营腐生生活;秋季棉花结铃后侵染棉铃引起病害。The infection source and process of cotton blight caused by Phytophthora boehmeriae, and the factors affecting the oospore formation were studied. It was found that the oospores of P. boehmeriae were produced abundantly in infected tissues,in soil and on the media V8A and LBA, while a few chlamydospores were observed under the same conditions. The pathogen could overwinter as free oospores in soil, become saprophilous in soil during the squaring stage of cotton,and infect cotton seedlings and bolls by direct infection or through wound when it contacted the host plant in a rainy climate. Zoospores play an important part in the infection process of P. boehmeriae. The disease cycle was discussed.
