摘  要:紫金山百合在分类学上被定为卷丹(Liliumlancifolium Thunb)2n=36,x=12,为三倍体。36条染色体可分为A—L 12个染色体组。通过同一组3条染色体的形态、带型分析以及对花粉母细胞减数分裂中期染色体联会的观察分析表明,它为部分同源三倍体。这种三倍体可能是由具有部分同源关系的2个二倍体百合分别产生2种不同倍性的配子(n,2n)杂交受精而成。根据核型和带型的分析结果,它与宜兴百合在分类学上为同一个种,它们的某些差异可能是生态上的差异,或是人工选择的结果。Zijinshan lily (Liliutn lancifolium Thunb) is a famous cultivar in Nanjing. Its bulb can be used as food and its flower as ornamental. In order to identify its karyotype constitution, the somatic cells were studied by the C-banding technique,and the meiotic pairing configurations in pollen mother cells were observed. It has been found that Zijinshan lily is a triploid of 2n = 36. C-banding analysis indicated that the 36 chromosomes could be divided into 12 chromosome sets,each involving 3 chromosomes with the similar banding pattern. In ninety per- cent of the pollen mother cells there were 12 partly synaptic trivalents. All these results suggest that Zijinshan lily is a partly homologous triploid. The origin of this kind of triploiod lily is discussed.
