摘　　要：希特勒上台后,苏联努力改善两国经贸关系。这是斯大林推行苏德合作政策的体现,也是促成1939年8月23日苏德达成互不侵犯条约的重要因素。它有力地说明了苏联对法西斯德国持政治合作的立场,从而为后者的战争机器注入了活力,部分满足了其扩大侵略的物资需求。同时,对斯大林又起到一定的欺骗和蒙蔽作用,是造成1941年6月22日灾难的重要原因。After Hitler came into power, Soviet Union tried to improve business and economics relationship with Germany. It was the result of carrying out co-operation policy , and helped to bring about the nonaggression treaty between them in August 23, 1939. While partly meeting Hitler's demands for materials to extend war, it also led Stalin to lower his guard on Germany and was an important reason of the disaster in June 22,1941.
