摘　　要：通过对北京市基层群众管理体制基本状况的调查 ;对体系构建的合理性进行分析 ,并提出对策性建议 ,以便使基层群众体育管理体制更加适应目前的经济和社会发展。By analysis of the basic status, framework of the sports managing system for common people of Beijing City and its rationality the autors give some pertinent suggests to improving the sports managing system for common people to adapting the development of the economy and society better.
