摘　　要：采用SCL— 90身心症状自评量表对我国 35岁以下船员的心理健康状况进行调查 ,结果表明 :我国 35岁以下船员的心理健康水平明显低于正常人群 ,性心理问题较为严重 ,经常参加体育锻炼的船员心理健康水平高于不经常参加体育锻炼的船员。The research by means of SCL-90 on psychological health conditions of seafarers below 35 in China shows that the condition of the psychological health and sex-psychology of the subjects is significantly under that of the average,and those who do sports frequently are in a better psychological health condition than those who seldom do exercises.
