摘　　要：运用文献资料、教育评估和模糊数学法 ,对 1986～ 1999年内蒙古高校体育教师队伍建设工作的发展进行了探索性研究。研究表明其发展可分为 3个阶段 ,并在年代维度上呈逐步上升的发展趋势。This essay has an inquiring study on developing process and trend about physical education teachers in inner mongolian universities form 1986 to 1999.It used the hazy math in the development of depth.
