单杠扭臂握直体前空翻抓杠技术的运动学特征

摘　　要：经过影片数字化及数据处理 ,对单杠扭臂握直体前空翻抓杠技术进行比较与分析 ,从运动学角度对该动作进行技术诊断 ,找出该动作的技术特征 。By using the method of high speed sagittal plane cine film, the author diagnose the technique of flight movement at a kinematic angle, find out the main technical characteristics, and provide the kinematic parameters for popularizing this flight movement. Based on it, some suggestions are put forwarded.
