摘　　要：用放射配基结合分析法研究了氢化可的松对特布他林所致的豚鼠肺组织β受体向下调节的影响。结果显示:①特布他林可显著降低肺组织β受体密度。②特布他林与氢化可的松联用后,β受体密度不再发生显著性下降。③特布他林对β受体亲和力无显著影响,但联合用药组β受体亲和力上升。④氢化可的松并不显著增加β受体密度,但明显增强其亲和力。The effect of the anti-inflammatory anti-asthmatic drug,hydrocortisnoe,ondown-regulation of pulmonary β-adrenergie receptors induced by terbutaline in guinea pigswas investigated by means of radioligand binding assay.The results showed that:(1)Thedensity of β-adrenergic receptors in terbutaline group was less than that in the control group.(2)After administration of terbutaline plus hydrocortisone,the density of β-ndrenergic receptors was no more significantly decreased.(3)The difference of affinityof β-adrenergic receptors between control group and terbutaline group was not significant,but the affinity increased after administration of terbutaline plus hydrocortisone.(4)Thehydrocortisone alone had no significant influence on β-adrenergic receptor density,butincreased the affinity of β-adrenergic receptors.
