心律平对心肌触发活性的影响

摘　　要：应用微电极方法,观察心律平对Ba^(++)致豚鼠心室肌自发活性的影响。6例0.3mmolBa^(++)灌注的心室肌标本皆表现为异常自律性,心律平(2mg/L)灌注后,4例自律活性终止,2例自律周期延长。8例4mmol Ba^(++)灌注的心室肌标本,3例表现早发后除极电位(EAD)及触发活性,心律平(4mg/L)灌注分别20～30’,EAD 和触发活性消失。3例表现为延迟后除极电位(DAD)及触发活性,心律平(4mg/L)灌注5～10′后,DAD 幅值降低,触发活性消失。结果表明:心律平对触发活性有明显抑制作用,可能与钙阻滞有关。Using microelectrode technique,we observed the effect of propafenone onspontaneous activity induced dy Ba^(++) in isolated guinea pig ventricular musclestrips.Abnormal automaticity was induced in six preparations perfused dy Ba^(++) (0.3mmol).After exposure to propafenone(2mg/L),abnormal automaticity was abolished in fourexperiments and the cycle length of abnormal automaticity in the others was prolonged.EAD and triggered activity,which were induced in three of eight preparations profusedby Ba^(++) (4mmol),disappeared at 20'-30'after propafenone(4mg/L)treatment.DADand triggered activity induced in three of eigth preparations perfused by Ba^(++)(4mmol)were abolished after exposure to propafenone(4mmg/L)for 5'-10'.The results show:propafenone exhibits calcium ionic antagonistic action which may be responsible for thedepressing effect on triggered activity.
