摘　　要：从新规则的实施对排球技术、战术的影响进行分析讨论提出几点建议,以使排球技术战术适应新规则的需要。The essay focuses on discussing and analyzing what influence the implementtation of new rules will will bring to volleyball - playing skills arid strategy. The author give several pieces of advice on how to adapt the volleyball- playing skill and strategy to the change of the new rules.
