摘　　要：通过南京市高档涉外酒店对体育经管和健身指导人才需求的调查与分析 ,了解高档涉外酒店对两个专业人才需求量和要求。从意向性人才需求量、专业运动知识技能和实际工作能力三个方面进行调查分析与归纳 ,为体育经管和健身指导专业的发展提供参考依据。This article reports on an investigation which was conducted aiming for understanding the demand of top-grade foreign hotels in the City of Nanjing for talent of sport management and fitness instruction. Comprising three parts ----' intentional talent demand', 'specialized sport knowledge and skill' and 'practical ability', the article is intended to help gain insight into fostering talent of sport management and fitness instruction.
