摘　　要：WTO的基本法律制度、法律的“趋同化”等必将给我国的司法带来重大影响。WTO的一系列规则所体现的公平、公正、公开等价值取向 ,也必然促进我国司法观念的深刻转变。为此 ,检察机关必须树立法治意识、程序意识、公开意识等一系列意识。The author holds that the fundamental legal system of WTO and the identicalization of law will inevitably impose great influence on the administration of justice in China. Moreover, the orientation of values of fairness, justice and openness embodied by a series of rules of WTO will also bring about deeply change of the idea of justice in our country. It is therefore advocated that the awareness of rule of law, the awareness of procedure and that of openness be set up in the prosecutorial work so as to meet the demands of the new situation.
