摘　　要：证券虚假陈述是证券违法行为中的一种常见表现形式,当要求虚假陈述者承担法律责任时,则要对虚假信息的重大性,请求权基础及至因果关系进行相应的证明,从法律上明确它们的标准就因而非常必要。False statement of stocks is a common manifestation of the violation of law. When asking the party that makesthe false statement to take responsibility it become necessary to verify the seriousness of the false information given, the basis ofthe right of claim and the cause and effect relations.
