摘  要:本研究通过用汞溶液培养小麦幼苗进行观察和测试,结果发现,不同浓度的汞可抑制小麦幼苗的生长,促进幼苗的酸性磷酸酯酶和过氧化物酶的活性。低浓度汞可使根的过氧化物酶同工酶酶带活性增强,而高浓度汞(10.15ppm)不仅使酶带活性增强,还能诱发产生新的酶带和使原有的酶带消失。Culturing wheat seedliugs with different concentrations of mercury solution, both the seedlings'and the root systems' growth were inhibited obviously. But the inhibition to the growth of root systems was more great. Acid phosphatase and peroxidase activity in the wheat seedlings raised with the increasing of the concentration of mercury solution. There was some relativity among the concentration of mercury solution, peroxidase activity and the growth of seedlings. The peroxidase isozymes assay indicated that, there wasn't obvious change in both anode and cathode isozymes of the seedlings and cathode isozymes of the roots, while there was obvious change in the roots' anode isozymes activity and enzymatic band amounts.
