摘  要:本文研究了铜对紫云英生长发育的影响效应.结果表明:低量的铜对紫云英生长发育有促进作用,高量的铜则有抑制作用.用5 mg/L 的铜液处理紫云英种子,对萌发无明显影响,却抑制芽的仲长和根的生长。在盆栽试验中,当土壤投加铜量为60 mgCu/kg 土时,紫云英减产10%以上.紫云英吸收的铜大部分积累在根部,各器官铜含量分布为根≥叶>茎>籽。Based on germination tcst and pot soil experiment,this paper dcals with the effects of Cu on the development and growth of Chinese milkvetch.The results showed that low Cu content increased the growth of Chinese milkvetch,while high Cu content deercased it. When seeds were treated with the Cu solution of 5 mg/L,the seed gemination percentage didn't decrease,but the Bud lengthening and root growth were inhibited.When the soil was treated with 60mgCu / kg soil,the yield of Chinese milkvetch decreased by morc than 10%. Most of the copper accumulated in the roots.The order of the distribution of the copper contents in various parts of the plant were root>>leaf>stem>seed.
