农村锅灶锅形实验研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了对3种基本锅形所进行的4个方成的试验.这4个方面的实验是:以液化石油气为燃料对3种锅形的热性能实验和锅底火焰温度分布实验,以木柴为燃料对3种锅形的柴灶热效率实验和灶膛中心温度实验。实验结果表明:局部圆形锅具有最高的热效率,它是最好的锅形.This paper introduces four contrast tests of three kinds of cauldrons.They are:the test of thermal efficiency and the test of the distribution of temperature of the flame under the cauldron both with the fucl of liquified petrolic gas,the test of thermal efficiency of the cooking stove with three cauldron forms and the test of temperature in the centre of the stove chamber both with the fuel of firewood.The results of the tests show that the partly round cauldron has the highest thermal officiency being the best Cauldron form.
