简析市民社会与市场经济的关系——兼论社会主义市民社会的特征

摘　　要：本文从市民社会的产生、发展及其与市场经济的关系的分析中，揭示了市民社会是西方资本主义市场经济的社会组织基础，是完善和发展社会主义市场经济不可逾越的现实问题，探讨了社会主义市场社会的基本特征。The paper aims to show that civil society is the social structural fundament of market economy in the western countries through analysis of the origin of the civil society,its development and its relationships with market economy;also it is an unavoidable issue in the process of improving and developing socialist market economy.The essential features of socialist civil society are explored here.
