摘　　要：本文介绍了超导电性理论,论述了高TC超导薄膜红外辐射探测器的工作原理、主要性能参量及国内外的研究与发展状况,并提出了今后的研究方向。The theory of superconductivity is introduced, and the working principle for infra-red radiation detector with high T_G superconducting film, its key performance parameters, and the study and development both home and abroad in this area are discussed. The tendency of researeh in the future is pointed out.
