摘　　要：历经变迁、沉浮和积淀,苗族的婚姻习俗演变为婚姻习惯法,在婚姻家庭领域与国家法出现了表现形式各异的融合与冲突,笔者利用暑期社会实践,对此进行了客观全面的追踪调查,并对苗族婚姻习惯法在法制建设中作用进行了严肃的法律思考。With the flux and deposition of history,the marital customs of the the miao nationality has changed into marital custom law.various forms of mergence and shock have arisen in the domain of marriage and family and national legislation.the author made an objective and comprehensive investigation into this issue during the summer holiday internship.and serious legal thought on the effect on the miao nationality's marital custom law in the legal construction followed.
