摘　　要：现代社会生活的深刻变化 ,对全民身体素质的要求变得越来越高。为社会培养一批能指导人们将健身与休闲娱乐融为一体的应用型人才 ,必将对社会体育事业的发展产生积极作用。Increasingly, high physical quality is becoming one of the demands of modern life. To ensure it for the entire community, it might be necessary to integrate fitness promotion into recreation; hence, the need of instructor training. The article is intended to explore ways of enabling students of Fitness and Recreation to become qualified instructors.
