摘　　要：20世纪 90年代中期以来 ,农业产业化不仅在发达地区农村普遍推行 ,而且也逐渐为贫困地区所认识 ,正日益成为贫困地区农村工作的一个热点。在实际中 ,各地都把龙头企业作为农业产业化的关键 ,把培植龙头企业列为政府规划的重点。本文将结合贫困地区的实例 。Since the 1990S,the agricultural industry has been practised in the advanced area,and gradually accepted in the impoverished ared;it becomes the concerned work in the impoverished area.In practice,the leading enterprise is considered as the key to the agricultural industry,and the cultivation of it is placed as the important work on the government′s agenda.In this paper,according to the examples in the impoverished area,the definition and developing course of the leading enterprise is discussed.
