摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的来临 ,知识产权制度的地位和作用日显重要。深入研究我国与世贸组织在知识产权立法、执法等方面的差距 ,进而加快我国的相关立法、修法 ,加快执法体制改革 ,可以使我们变被动为主动 ,减少不必要的损失 ,促进我国的知识创新 ,保证我国公民、法人公平参与国际竞争。With the advent of the epoch of intellectual economy,the role of the intellectual property right system is becoming increasingly important.Intensive researches into the deficiencies in China's intellectual property right system,compared with that of WTO rapid improvements in our legislation,amendment and enforcement of the relevant law may help us regain our initiative,reduce faults and losses,and guarrantee the equity participation of the Chinese citizens and legal persons in international competition.
