摘　　要：从客观因素、主观因素两方面分析了河北理工学院图书馆书目数据库存在的质量问题及其产生原因 ,提出了书目数据库质量控制内容 ,从设专职维护人员、制定书目数据库质量维护工作细则、收集反馈信息等几方面提出了书目数据库质量控制措施。from both objective and subjective factors,the article analyzes the quality problem existing in the library databank of Hebei Institute of Technology and its reasons,and puts forward a set of measures to control the problem;form posting full time personnel for maintenance,establishing detailed working rules to keep bibliography databank quality ,to collecting feedback information.
