摘  要:九江长江大桥是一座大型栓焊钢桥,桥梁主要受力杆件选用15M_nVN_q钢制造,最大厚度为56mm。钢材本身有良好的韧性。由于原选定的焊丝不尽合理,焊缝的韧性较差,不能与基材配套。本文引用断裂力学的研究方法,选定了H04M_nM_oE焊丝,使焊缝的韧性大幅度提高,焊接接头的韧性与基材的韧性相匹配。这一研究成果解决了长期存在的关于九江桥焊缝韧性的争论。The Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge is a bolted and welded steel structure, whose main componentsare made of 15MnVN_q bridge steel of high tenacity, the maximum plate thickness being 56mm. Dueto the previous improper selection of the solder wire, the toughness of the welded seams was ratherpoor as compared with that of the base metal. In this peper, by applying the research method of frac-ture mechanics, a new H04M_nM_oE solder wire is developed, which greatly increase the holding powerof the welded seams, making them match with the base metal fiarly well. This settles the long-stand-ing argument about the strength of the Jiujiang bridge's welded seams.
