摘  要:本文采用SEM-EDXA技术和气相色谱及化学分析等手段,对落叶松的化学组成、纤维形态、木素分布及其在硫酸盐法蒸煮中多糖和木素的溶出规律以及脱木素地区化学进行了研究。Chemical composition, fiber morphology and lignin distribution of larch are studied, Dissolution of polysaccharides and the topo-chemistry of delignification during larch kraft pulping are also being investigated. SEM-EDXA technique, gas chromatography and chemical analyses are employed for the studies. It is found that the major polysaccharides in larch are glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose and arabinose. During kraft pulping, the dissolution coefficient of such polysaccharides may be given in the following order: gal. >ara.>man.>xyl.>glu. Carbohydrates dissolved in larch kraft pulping account for approxiamtely half of the original total carbohydrate contents in the uncooked species. Dissolution of carbohydrates occurred mainly during the up-to-temperature stage, however yield of kraft larch pulp is mainly due to such carbohydrate dissolution. Delignification of larch can conveniently be divided into three phases during kraft pulping: the initial delignification phase, starting from the beginning of the cook to 135℃, the bulk delignification phase, from 135℃ to maximum cooking temperature period; and the final delignification phase, from maximum cooking temperature to the end of the cooks. Non-uniform lignin distributions are found in the various morphological regions of larch fibers, either spring fibers or autumn fibers, Lignin concentration in the corner regions of the cell is usually 3-4 times greater than that in the secondary cell walls, which is again 2-3 times less than that in the middle lamella. However. the lignin contents in the secondary cell wall. though low in concentration, account for over 70 percent of the total lignin in the fiber. Delignification topochemistry of larch kraft pulping can be conspicuously defined by the rapid removal of secondary cell wall lignin, whereas lignins in the corner regions and in the middle lamella are not readily removed until lignin removal in the secondary wall approaches 45%. equivalent to a total lignin removal of about 50% Undoubtedly.
