摘　　要：老水电机组导叶轴承多采用黄干油润滑的锡青铜轴承，由于长期运行，导叶轴颈、轴承磨损严重，不仅导叶立面及端面漏水量增大而且沿轴颈大量漏水，每年损失了大量的水能。本文主要介绍通过对丰满一号、四号机组导叶密封改进，较好的解决了老水电机组导水机构漏水问题，收到了明显的效果，为老水电机组处理导叶漏水问题探索出一条新路。Greneraly the guide vane bearing were made of tin bronze with grease lubrication in the old power station. The gate stem and bearing were weared severely. Large leakage flow come from gate end and flank seal. The improvement on gate seal of turbine distributor for 1＃and 4＃turbine for Fengman power plant were introduced in this paper. The leakage problem was solved. Provide a new way of improving the gate leakage flow for old turbine.
