摘 要:针对多泥沙河流上运行的水轮机活动导叶修复问题,研究并完成了满足导叶堆焊和磨削的自动堆焊及磨削成套设备。现场使用情况表明:利用自动带极堆焊的方法,在磨蚀导叶的曲面上得到了光滑平整的耐磨金属层,使修型磨削量仅为手工堆焊的1/4;采用离线编程的方法使堆焊、磨削操作机和导叶旋转驱动机构的各向运动有机组合,得到了近于理想型面曲线的运动轨迹,使磨削曲面的误差小于0.2 mm,符合导叶修复的质量要求。For repairing the hydraulic turbine guide vane running in river filled with a great number of sand soil, the strip overlaying and grinding set have been reseached and manufactured. The result on_the_spot shows that: After using the process of strip auto_overlaying, the smooth deposited metal layer have been abtained on cured surface of the damaged guide vane and the revised_shap work was as 1/4 as by manual grinding; By the method of off_line programming, the approach ideal movement tracks were abtained by control the movement of the strip_overlaying(grinder) manipulator and the precision of the grinded cured surface was less then 0.2mm, meeting the repairing hydraulic turbine guide vane.
