摘 要:通过将24月龄SD雄性大鼠饲养至30月龄,分别测定24月龄组和30月龄组大鼠股骨以松质骨为主的近段、远段以及以皮质骨为主的中段的骨密度,来定量研究老年雄性大鼠股骨皮质骨、松质骨骨量的增龄性丢失。结果表明:30月龄雄性大鼠股骨各段骨密度明显低于24月龄雄性大鼠。提示:大鼠增龄性骨量丢失模型复制成功。In order to do quantitative studying on femur cortical and trabecular bone loss induced by aging in aged male rat,male SD rats aged 24 months had been fed for 6 months.Both the rats aged 24 months and the rats aged 30 months were examined in femur Bone Mineral Density(BMD) in proximal,distal segments composed of a lot of trabecular bone and middle segment composed of a lot of cortical bone.The result indicated that the femur BMD in respective segment of the rats aged 30 months was significantly lower than that of the rats aged 24 months.It revealed that the model for bone loss induced by aging in aged male rat was duplicated successfully.
