从茶叶中微量元素含量特征试论福建“天然富锌茶”的开发

摘　　要：从福建省主要条区的地理、地质环境分析，对全省主要产菜区茶叶中锌等11种主要微量元素的含量特征作出评价。根据茶的浸泡试验结果及有关标准，对福建省“天然富锌茶”含锌量提出了一个参考指标。在充分分析形成茶叶窗锌的有利条件的基础上，肯定了福建省具有丰富的“天然富锌茶”潜在资源，建议予以开发利用。This paper evaluates the characteristics of the contents of 11 major microelements (inoluding zinc) in various kinds of tea from the main tea producing regions in Fujian Province,basing on the analysis of the geographic and the geologic settings of them. According to the results of immersing experiments and the related standards, a reference index for the zinc content of the 'Natural Zinc-rich Tea' in Fujian Province was put forward herein. On the basis of the deta1led analys1s of the favorable conditions for the growth of zinc-rich tea, it is affirmed that there are abundant potential resources of 'Natural Zincurich Tea' in Fujian Province, and it is further suggested that they be developed and exploited.
