乳酸环丙沙星对小鼠S_(180)的抑制作用

摘　　要：为研究环丙沙星(CPFX)对肿瘤生长的抑制作用,该实验将34只小鼠分成3组,用小鼠S_(180)实体瘤接种。对照组给以NS ip 0.2 ml,治疗组分别给以CPFX ip 0.2 ml(按100 mg·kg^(-1)即相当于1/4LD_(50))和CPFX ip 0.4 ml(按200 mg·kg^(-1)即相当于1/2 LD_(50))。结果显示给以CPFX ip 0.2 ml治疗组在第1疗程停药后d1,d3对小鼠S_(180)的抑制率分别为67.8％(P<0.05)、76.8％(P<0.01),第2疗程治疗后对小鼠S_(180)的抑制率为31.95％(P<0.05)。因此,该实验表明CPFX对小鼠S_(180)有抑制作用。In order to study inhibitory effects of ciprofloxacin lactate (CPFX ) on growth of tumor, we inoculated mice S180 cells into 34 mice and then divided them into 3 groups. In the control group, 0. 2 ml of normal saline was injected into mice's abdominal cavities. In the treatment groups, we respectively injected 0. 2 ml of CPFX solution (100 mg.kg-1,corresponding to 1/4 LD50) and 0. 4 ml of CPFX solution (200 mg .kg-1,corresponding to 1/2 LD50) into mice's abdominal cavities. The results wereshown that the inhibition rates against mice S180 on the first and third days after the first treatment were 67. 9%( P < 0. 05 ) and 76. 8% (P<0. 01 ) in the treatment group receiving 0. 2 ml CPFX solution, respectively. And after the second treatment, the inhibition rate was 31.95% (P<0. 05). So, it is suggested that CPFX would have a inhibitory effects on mice S180.
