摘　　要：“九一八”事变后，东北变成了日本的殖民地。日伪对我华北移民出关采取了限制的措施，这使出关移民大减。更为主要的是，它使２０年代以来的移民运动被纳入了日本　侵略者的战争轨道，不能自由发展，因而这一时期的移民运动呈现出与事变前不同的特点。“九一八”事变后华北与东北间人口流动的实质是日本帝国主义对华北劳动力的强制性掠夺。After the September 18th Incident,Northeast China became the colony of Japan.As Japan and puppet regimes took restrictive measures to migrants comin g from North China,the amount of migrants reduced greatly,and what is more,the migration movement since the 1920s was put on the war course of Japanese invade rs,and couldn't develop freely,so it took on different features from before the September 18th Incident.the essence of populat ion flowing between North China and Northeast China was the coercive plundering of Japanese imperialism to the work force in North China.
