摘　　要：网络和电子商务的发展迎来了因特网时代。基于因特网自身的特点 ,传统的民事司法管辖权面临着挑战。美国和欧盟各国在因特网时代的民事司法管辖权制度相异且存在弊端。构建我国在因特网时代的民事司法管辖权制度应体现因特网自身的特点 ,遵循特定的原则 ,引导因特网向自律。The age of internet is coming with the development of internet and e_commerce. The traditional jurisdiction of civil case is facing challenges with the special characteristic of internet. The rules of internet jurisdiction of civil case in USA and Europe are different and have flaws. To keep internet self_discipline and healthy in our country, we must develop it according to its characteristic, complying with its special principles if we want to construct our own rules of jurisdiction of civil case in the age of internet.
