摘　　要：抗战至抗战胜利初期 ,陕甘宁边区逐步制定了一套完整的选举法规 ,同时 ,在选举实践中采取了一些行之有效的做法 ,创造与积累了若干有益的经验。In the period of the War Resistance Against Japan and its early winning time,a system of electoral law and regulation had been gradually set up in Shangxi Gansu Ningxia Base,and the effective methods were adopted in the electoral practice and the useful experience was created and accumulated.
