摘　　要：本文是英国著名左翼学者佩里·安德森为新改版的《新左派评论》 2 0 0 0年创刊号撰写的专论。文章通过回顾《新左派评论》 40的年历史 ,总结了以“西方马克思主义”为中心的西方左翼思潮自 60年代以来的发展 ,特别对近 1 0年来“新自由主义”的意识形态霸权及西方左翼的处境做了分析 ,提出了《新左派评论》。This is an article written by the famous British Leftist Perry Anderson for the new edition of New Left Review. This article systematically summarizes the development of Western left thoughts represented by the Western Marxism through reviewing the 40 years history of New Left Review, especially the dominant position of Neo-Liberalism and the new situation faced by Western left in the past 10 yeas. Based upon the analysis, the article proposes a new theoretical strategy for both New Left Review and Western left.
